One-Year Warranty & Repair Policy
At AVIR NY, we are committed to the quality and longevity of our jewelry. To ensure you enjoy your pieces for years to come, we offer a one-year warranty on all of our items. Below are the details of what’s covered under this warranty and how to proceed with a repair request.
What’s Covered in the One-Year Warranty
For Bracelets:
- Resizing
- Replacing a missing stone
- Tightening prongs
- Soldering/repairing the bracelet
For Necklaces:
- Resizing
- Replacing a missing stone
- Tightening prongs
- Soldering/repairing the necklace
For Earrings:
- Post soldering
Please note that we are unable to resize rings with stones all around as part of our warranty.
Exceptions and Important Information
- One-Time Replacement of Missing Stones: We will replace a missing stone once within the one-year warranty. If a stone is lost again during this period, a fee will be charged for the replacement.
- Third-Party Repairs: Any repairs or resizing performed by third parties will void your warranty. We cannot guarantee the craftsmanship or quality of work done outside our service.
- Shipping Liability: We do not accept liability for items lost in transit when being shipped to us for repairs. Customers are advised to ensure appropriate insurance coverage for their jewelry before sending it back for repairs. By using our repair services, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
Steps for Sending Your Item for Repair
- Include Your Order Information: Please mention your order number and name when shipping your item for repair.
- Describe the Issue: Let us know the specific issue with the item and what you would like done (e.g., resizing, stone replacement, prong tightening).
- Send Tracking Information: Once your item has been shipped, please provide us with the tracking number for reference.
By sending your jewelry for repair, you are agreeing to the terms outlined above.
