Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you wear. That’s not just something we say - it’s the reason we’re easy to reach, quick to respond, and genuinely invested in making sure you’re happy with your piece.

Every piece at AVIR New York is made to order in 14K solid gold, crafted specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we aren’t able to offer refunds - but we absolutely offer exchanges, and we’ll do everything we can to make the process smooth and stress-free

If something feels off, just reach out. We’re a small team and we’re here to help. 

How Exchanges Work

Here’s everything you need to know, without the fine print runaround:

  • You have 14 days from delivery to reach out and initiate an exchange. We recommend contacting us as soon as you know - the sooner we hear from you, the faster we can sort things out. 
  • Your new piece should be equal or greater in value to your original purchase. If there’s a price difference, we’ll let you know upfront and collect it at the time of the exchange - no surprises.
  • Exchanges can be made once per order. If you’re not sure what to exchange for, our team is happy to help you find something you’ll truly love. Just ask.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Please insure your package for the full purchase value and send us the tracking number once it’s on its way. We’ll keep you updated on our end. 

Received Something That Doesn’t Look Right?

It’s rare, but if your piece arrives with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace it - no questions asked, no back and forth.

Just email us at contact@avirnewyork.com with your order number and a photo of the issue and we’ll take care of the rest.

A Few Important Shipping Notes

To protect your piece during its journey back to us: 

  • Please insure your return package for the full value of your purchase.
  • Send us your tracking number as soon as the package is shipped. 
  • AVIR New York cannot be responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit - but if something goes wrong, we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier right away.
  • If a package arrives visibly tampered with or an item is missing, we’ll be unable to accept it - but we’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve it.
