Exchange Policy

At AVIR NY, we strive to create timeless, personalized jewelry pieces crafted specifically for you. As a small business, we do not hold inventory, and all our pieces are made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns. However, we are happy to offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase.


Exchange Guidelines

To ensure a smooth exchange process, please review the following rules:

  1. One-Time Exchange Policy:
    Exchanges can only be made once per order. We encourage you to make your selection carefully when exchanging.
  2. Value of Exchange:
    If you choose to exchange your item for another piece of jewelry, the new item must be of equal or higher value than the original purchase. Any price differences will need to be paid during the exchange process.
  3. Certificate Replacement Fee:
    For items that come with a certificate, an additional $50 fee is required to issue a new certificate for the exchanged piece.
  4. Shipping Costs and Responsibility:
    Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the item back to us.
  • Please ensure the package is insured for an amount equal to the price you paid for the piece.
  • Provide us with the tracking number once the package is shipped.
  • We do not reimburse customers the shipping cost

Important Shipping Information

  • AVIR NY is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs during the transit of the returned piece.
  • If the package arrives tampered with or the item is missing, we will not accept the package.
  • While we will assist you in applying for a claim with the shipping provider, AVIR NY will not refund or replace the item as we have not received it.

Defective Product Policy

At AVIR NY, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. If you believe you have received a defective product, we are committed to resolving the issue for you. This policy is only valid for 7 days from date of delivery of the purchased piece.

We will gladly replace the defective piece with a brand-new item to ensure your satisfaction. However, please note that we are unable to process refunds for defective products.
