How to Initiate an Exchange:

  2. Go to your order history and select the item(s) you want to exchange
  3. Submit your exchange  request through your account
  4. You'll receive return shipping instructions - you are responsible for return shipping costs via UPS or FedEx (please insure the package for at least 70% of the purchased value)
  5. Once we receive and approve your item for an exchange, we will send you a message confirming receipt.

Exchange Requirements:

  • Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
