EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not offer refunds.
How to Initiate an Exchange:
- Log into your account on our website within 14 days of receiving your order
- Go to your order history and select the item(s) you want to exchange
- Submit your exchange request through your account
- You'll receive return shipping instructions - you are responsible for return shipping costs via UPS or FedEx (please insure the package for at least 70% of the purchased value)
- Once we receive and approve your item for an exchange, we will send you a message confirming receipt.
Exchange Requirements:
- Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
