We do not offer refunds.

How to Initiate an Exchange:

1. Log into your account on our website within 14 days of receiving your order
2. Go to your order history and select the item(s) you want to exchange
3. Submit your exchange  request through your account
4. You'll receive return shipping instructions - you are responsible for return shipping costs via UPS or FedEx (please insure the package for at least 70% of the purchased value)
5. Once we receive and approve your item for an exchange, we will send you a message confirming receipt.
   

Exchange Requirements:

• Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order
• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition
• You are responsible for return shipping costs

At AVIR NY, we stand by the quality and durability of our jewelry, offering a one-year warranty on all pieces. This includes resizing, stone replacement, prong tightening, and repairs for bracelets and necklaces, as well as post soldering for earrings.
